Jules Olson is a current pre-licensed MFT-CT with more than 5 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Jules has experience in working with people between the ages of 6 and 65+ utilizing many therapy styles and techniques in her approach with clients. Jules currently works with clients ages 14 to 65+. Jules has practiced counseling with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups in both clinical/inpatient and outpatient settings. Jules adapts techniques from both traditional and creative modalities of therapy in aims to provide appropriate therapy for each unique client. In her free time, Jules enjoys spending time with her partner, friends, and family. She also loves being outdoors, painting, and enjoys live music whenever she can. Jules received her Master’s of Counseling Psychology in the Marriages and Families Therapy at the University of Saint Thomas. She also received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
