Kathy Herzog is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides psychotherapy to individuals of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. Kathy specializes in assisting those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, parenting, school and social adjustment issues for children, LGBTQ+ related issues, and more. She has provided therapy in both clinical and school settings and has collaborated with school staff and parents to meet the needs of each of her student clients. Kathy utilizes various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and gestalt therapy to meet clients where they are at in their own mental health journey. Kathy holds a master’s degree in community counseling and a master’s degree in education and was previously employed as an educator in public school systems.
