Her role is to create a safe space in which patients feel valued, heard, and respected. Kathy utilizes an integrative approach that is collaborative, solution-focused, and strengths-based. she incorporates CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT modalities. Kathy is passionate, driven, and dedicated to support patients in their journeys to become healthier and happier, and she understands the courage and strength it takes to acknowledge the need for help and ask for it. Kathy’s biggest joy is to see her patients build the confidence and skills to thrive, manage life’s challenges, and any curveballs that come their way. She is proud and honored to be a therapist and for her patients to allow her to be a part of their stories.
