Katrina Clayton works with individuals, couples, and groups. Specialty areas include Christian counseling, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, betrayal trauma, couples, family dysfunction, and relationship difficulties.

Katrina uses multiple therapeutic techniques to best meet the needs of her client. This may include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Attachment Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. She also will integrate Biblical principles for those who want a combination of faith-based counseling with therapeutic techniques.

She believes in building a safe and trusting therapy relationship filled with acceptance and compassion. With couples, she will help rebuild and restore friendship, love, and intimacy, while developing more effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Katrina has a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is a network counselor and group facilitator for New Life Ministries.
