Kelli Kohlstedt, AMFT, is warm, empathetic, and loves to teach clients new skills to utilize outside of therapy. She strives to help each client feel confident to create the change they are looking for in life.

Kelli received both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Northern Illinois University, holds certificates in adolescence and trauma-informed counseling, and is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH Marriage Counselor. She has experience treating individuals, couples, and families with a variety of struggles in both hospital and clinical office settings.

In therapy, Kelli uses strategies such as CBT, Narrative, and Family Systems to challenge negative thoughts and help clients set goals. Her supportive style helps clients recognize growth from all life experiences.
