Kelly Rennels is a Licensed Social Worker with the philosophy that all individuals are doing the best they can, as they can. She believes in the therapeutic process as being a tool for personal transformation that is best guided by empathy but challenged in ways which facilitate growth. Kelly’s areas of expertise are in working with children and families, parents, postpartum women and the Military/Veteran population.
Kelly received her Masters of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Judson University. She has experience providing therapy to children of all ages and abilities, carrying firmly the belief that children do well when they can. Kelly would love to help your child develop new tools to be their best selves and also facilitates parent-child therapy. Aside from her experience with children and families, Kelly has spent the past two years working exclusively with Veterans. She maintains a thorough understanding of the Military culture and challenges that may arise while serving and in the years following separation, and is ready to work with you in overcoming your barriers.
