I have worked with individuals and families across the lifespan including: teens, adults, and seniors. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling and am a LMHC.

I want to help you develop an awareness of your values and beliefs, assist in guiding you to the path to heal your past wounds, provide you with tools to skillfully face life’s challenges, and help you in developing the courage to live with authenticity and purpose.
