I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I utilize a collaborative and holistic approach to address biological, psychological, and social factors impacting my client’s health. I use various treatment methods including medication management, mindfulness-based skills, motivational interviewing, and brief supportive therapy to address my client’s needs. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mood disorders, thought disorders, ADHD, LBGTQ+ issues, OCD, and other anxiety disorders throughout the lifespan. I have been in the mental health field for over 11 years and I am highly motivated to provide real long-lasting positive change to my clients.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Walden University. I have trained in acute inpatient facilities including the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and the Resnick Psychiatric Hospital at UCLA, as well as an outpatient private practice throughout the county.
