Each person who meets with Kenna is treated as a unique individual. She can help clients build upon their skills, strengths, and resilience to create lasting change. She has experience working with clients on a variety of issues, such as parenting difficulties, relational issues, depression and anxiety, and trauma. She’ll create space for individuals and families to process through expressive interventions utilizing techniques such as DBT skills and mindfulness. With a systems-based and attachment-based lens, Kenna uses modalities like Narrative Therapy, TF-CBT, and play therapy.
Kenna earned a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver.
