I am a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD from the California School of Professional Psychology and 10 years prior of experience as a Master’s level therapist. I am driven to facilitate change, improve life functioning, and resolve psychological issues in adolescents, parents, young adults, and adults through individualized therapy. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies with a foundation of a client-centered, psychodynamic therapeutic approach, which is trauma-informed, strengths-based, holistic, and collaborative. I strive to support you to attain a happier life through an authentic therapeutic relationship.

My clinical background includes experience treating depression, anxiety, suicidality, trauma, sexual and gender identity exploration, sex offending behavior, eating disorders, parent stress, physical illness and related mental health concerns, learning differences, ADHD, and divorce/separation. My background in psychological testing also informs my practice.
