Kristen Dahl is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 2 years experience specializing in PTSD, depression, anxeity, childhood behavior issues, bereavement and life transition issues. Kristen treats clients between the ages of 5 and 90 utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy in her approach depending on client needs. Kristen has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families in an outpatient setting. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
