I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families in the home, residential and private care setting. I am trained and knowledgeable in multiple modalities and believe in catering therapy to each individual’s unique needs. My approach is supportive, understanding and collaborative. I work with individual’s ages 7+ that experience a wide variety of diagnosis, circumstances, areas of conflict and concerns. Life stressors and transitions can be challenging and at times we all need a little assistance to remember our strengths and reach our goals. It can be hard to create the change we desire but I am here to help you every step of the way. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, building Legos, crafting, and spending time with my family, friends and rescue animals.
