Kristen also utilizes skills such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral activation to assist clients to maximize their potential. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Cardinal Stritch University. Her interests include baseball, crime television and spending time with her two children.
