Kristin Schwartz, RMHCI Kristin Schwartz is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida who has been practicing since 2022. She has a M.S. in Professional Counseling from Southeastern University. Kristin offers Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She offers motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy for adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression. Kristin is a Christian counselor but works with you where you are at as a whole person, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She believes that you have the ability to find the answers you need by looking deeper into all of these areas. Kristin wants to work with you to set goals and make progress towards your goals in therapy. She knows how difficult it can be to find a therapist who “gets” you. If Kristin is not the perfect match for you, she will help you find someone who is. Therapy is about working together to help you heal from past or current habits, hurts, and/or hang-ups. In her free time, Kristin enjoys painting, riding bikes with her family, and listening to uplifting music.
