A native of Southern California, Kristy graduated Cum Laude from the University of Redlands with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She received her master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, with honors, from California State University, Fullerton. She most recently obtained an MBA, IT Management from WGU receiving a scholarship for Leaders in Nonprofit. Kristy uses both her counseling and business expertise to help the clients that she serves.

With 15 years of counseling experience, Kristy has been able to work with clients in a wide variety of settings. She has specialized training in EMDR and trauma. She has had the great pleasure of serving as Clinical Board Director for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists where she was able to lend her expertise and mentorship to others in her field. Kristy has also lobbied in Sacramento and Washington DC to advocate on behalf of MFTs and the clients they serve.

This experience, in addition to her ability to connect deeply with others, allows her to provide quality services to clients. Often described as easy-going, compassionate, and balanced, Kristy believes that self-discovery and acceptance allow you to cultivate the life you want.
