Lauren Adcock, LPC
Lauren Adcock received her master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy and Counseling where she developed a passion for couples therapy. She went on to complete Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Couples Therapy Training to further specialize in couples’ work. Lauren’s driving goal is to provide the safety and care needed for her clients to heal past wounds and develop skills to lead fuller and healthier lives. Clients have described her as warm, calm, and direct. She offers a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for clients to gain the insight, skills, and confidence needed to overcome obstacles and build a life they enjoy. Her approach to therapy is person-centered and research based. While she enjoys working with a wide variety of issues, she dedicates most of her work to LGBTQ+ folks, couples, and young women (15-25).
