We all acquire stresses and pain throughout our lifetime, but what matters is if and how we work through those difficulties. Maddie loves creating a safe space for people to process their hardships and express their hurts, in a judgement free environment. She is passionate about making sure clients feel seen in their suffering while also assisting them in creating new thoughts, behaviors, and coping mechanisms to aid in their specific and important healing process. She also loves helping people work through relational struggles as well as helping people learn new ways to better handle and approach conflict. Maddie has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Before getting her master’s, Maddie worked at Pine Cove Christian Camps for six years as a Women’s Director, discipling young adults, helping them understand and live out their God given design.
