Hello, my name is Maher Chehab and offer immediate face to face and tele visits. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with education and training in treating clients with mental health conditions across the lifespan. I began my career in critical care with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethune Cookman University. Then pursued my Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. While providing outpatient services I had to address the community’s mental health needs & earned my post-graduate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Washburn University.
I am passionate about ensuring an individualized plan of care for optimum treatment—providing client-centered care by respecting client and family’s preferences, needs, and values that guide treatment.
Maher provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and complementary therapies for adolescent and adult mental health conditions not limited to ADHD, Substance Use, Dual Diagnosis, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Mood Disorders.
