When with Megan, clients will feel accepted for who they are today. They will feel understood or at least, with someone who wants to understand them. They will feel safe within my calm presence and encouraged to see the light in everything with my sense of humor. Clients can overcome any fears they have around going to therapy by entering into this strong therapeutic relationship with me. I can help them better manage and eventually overcome their issues regarding self-worth, anxiety, mind/body disconnect, depression, boundary concerns, relationship concerns and much more. They can overcome any previous concerns of not making taking care of themselves their main priority. Together, you and Megan can identify and slowly work through trauma. You can look at and begin to subtract personal narratives and/or habits that no longer serve them.

Megan uses active listening so clients feel truly heard. She ask questions, she honestly want to know more in order to process and solve. And for things that can’t be readily solved, Megan help to find ease and pleasure in the questions that remain. Megan can teach various tools to help manage discomfort along the way – mantra, EFT, grounding techniques, breath work, body work, creative expression. A few modalties she uses are: Eclectic — CBT. Person-Centered. Solution Focused. Strengths Based. Brief Psychotherapy. Energy Psychology. Mindfulness. Narrative Work. Polyvagal. Somatic Experiencing. Yoga.
