Melissa Dominguez (She/Her), is a Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking, New York State Licensed Social Worker and graduate of Fordham University. Melissa’s interests and experience include working with adolescents, adults and their families. Melissa also has a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and the issues that are unique to this community. Melissa utilizes a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed approach, tailored to meet the needs of each individual person she serves. She is trained in the evidence-based practices, Trauma Systems Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Melissa is a warm, caring, welcoming and fun clinician who strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space for those who are seeking support during some of their most vulnerable times.
