I am currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and I work with families, couples, and children through a systemic lens. My passion is to help individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as people working through obstacles that lie in the way of connecting with their full selves. I work with couples and families struggling with difficult relational issues including communication, conflict, infidelity, commitment, reconnecting, as well as processing through traumatic events, and couples in need of premarital counseling. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step and seek therapy, so I strive to be my authentic self to create a warm and safe environment for my clients while we work together to navigate through issues. My hope is to work with you, your family or your children to navigate through life’s journey and to help you to effectively cope.
