Nevida received an undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Master’s degree from Argosy University in Chicago. Nevida is fond of utilizing elements from internal family systems (IFS), family systems therapy, emotional regulation techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices, along with cognitive-behavioral therapy. Personally, Nevida enjoys running, dancing, and yoga as outlets to manage stress and create meaning.
