Sarah Martin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2013. Sarah strives to offer a safe and trusting environment for her clients on their path to mental wellness and healing. You know your child best of all! In this spirit, Sarah offers a personalized and family-centered partnership to help clients reach their personal best. Sarah has more than 10 years of child/adolescent mental health experience in the outpatient and inpatient care settings, including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Division of Psychiatry and Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Her goal is to promote wellness and healing in a manner that honors individual life experiences and involves the child and caregiver in treatment planning and intervention whenever possible. Sarah’s clinical interests include early diagnosis and treatment of childhood and adolescent mental health disorders, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and thought disorders. She weaves evidenced-based treatment recommendations into a holistic approach to care to help clients overcome stigma, embrace recovery, and strive for wellness. Sarah grew up in Southern California and developed a deep love of the ocean, camping, National Parks, and conservation. In her free time, she can be found watching Steelers football, spending time with her kids and fur-babies, and gardening. Laughter and being silly are what get Sarah through life’s most difficult times. She is honored and humbled to have been chosen to walk with you during your journey to mental wellness.
