About Noorie Iqbal (She/Her)

Helping adults across Massachusetts gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health, Noorie Iqbal provides comprehensive neuropsychological testing services at LifeStance Health. She works with young adults, adults, and older adults to evaluate concerns that may affect daily functioning, relationships, academic or professional performance, and overall quality of life. Noorie takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to assessment, ensuring that each evaluation provides meaningful insights and practical recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.

Noorie is particularly passionate about assessing and supporting individuals with ADHD, as well as those from minority populations who may face unique cultural, social, or systemic challenges when seeking mental health care. She believes that thorough evaluation can be a powerful tool for increasing self-understanding, identifying strengths, and clarifying factors that may be contributing to difficulties with attention, organization, memory, or emotional well-being. Her goal is to help individuals gain the knowledge and resources needed to move forward with confidence.

In addition to her focus on ADHD and culturally responsive care, Noorie has experience evaluating individuals with medical and health-related conditions that may affect cognitive or psychological functioning. She provides Neuropsychological Testing to help answer complex diagnostic questions and guide treatment planning. She also works with members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and individuals who have experienced head injuries. Her evaluations address a broad range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns, offering valuable information for patients and their healthcare teams.

Since beginning her clinical work in 2020, Noorie has been dedicated to delivering evidence-based assessments that are both compassionate and comprehensive. She earned her education from Rivier University and Simmons University. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication, helping patients better understand their evaluation results and the next steps in their care.

Outside of her professional work, Noorie enjoys creative writing, reading horror novels, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. These interests reflect her curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for the diverse experiences and stories that shape people’s lives.

Noorie is proud to serve patients throughout Massachusetts by providing neuropsychological testing for ADHD, cognitive concerns related to medical conditions, and other complex diagnostic questions. She is committed to helping adults gain clarity, access appropriate support, and make informed decisions about their mental and cognitive health.
