Dr. Lempa attended medical school in Las Vegas, Nevada (Touro University Nevada Osteopathic Medicine Program) and then migrated east to New Orleans for his Adult Psychiatric Residency (LSU-Ochsner Adult Psychiatry Residency Program). He trained with a diverse patient population and he is knowledgeable in neuroanatomy, neurochemistry, psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. Dr. Lempa specializes in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, insomnia, psychosis and substance use disorders.
