Dr. Backstrand is a clinical psychologist licensed in both Oregon and Washington. She earned her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from George Fox University (GFU) in 2015, a Masters in Clinical Psychology from GFU in 2012, and a Bachelors of Arts In Psychology, with a minor in Spanish Language & Culture, from Oregon State University in 2010.
