She uses Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), based on attachment theory science, which is one of the most effective low-relapse couple therapy approaches. Outside of work, Dr. Bennett enjoys traveling, long naps, calligraphy and arts, walking in the park, relaxing by the beach, and spending time with family and loved ones.
