Through an emotion focused/ family systems lens, I enjoy listening to and collaborating with individuals, couples, and families to therapeutically address each of these layers. Together, we focus on gaining greater awareness of emotions and the relationship to self and others, integrating the different parts of self we all experience, and connecting to natural supports that exist within our environments. My hope for each person who chooses to invest in their unique therapeutic journey is that they feel grounded in their greater sense of connection to their self and the world around them.
