Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience working with children, adults and families. Rachel prides herself on being a relationship-based clinician who believes a solid relationship is at the core of effective therapy. She utilizes a generalized therapy approach with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, and play therapy for her younger clientele. Additionally, as a new mom, Rachel is particularly interested in supporting child-bearing individuals and their partners through the mental health challenges associated with pregnancy, postpartum, and the life adjustment to parenthood. Rachel understands the importance of a work/life balance. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter, and her two cats.
