Rebecca Ebben, LPC, uses both art and talk therapy to treat adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, LGBTQI+ issues, and more.

In therapy, Rebecca takes a person-centered approach and considers the client to be the expert in their own life when identifying issues and developing treatment goals. She practices trauma-informed care and is passionate about harm reduction in regards to substance use treatment.

Rebecca earned an MA from Adler University with a focus on counseling and art therapy. Her approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, CBT and DBT modalities. In addition, she uses art therapy as a means of expressing and processing emotions that may be difficult to access with words.
