Regina Brian, PsyD

Dr. Regina Brian is a Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing since 2008. She graduated from Pepperdine University with her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and earned her Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Southern California. Dr. Brian has experience providing community mental health services to individuals of all ages working within a multidisciplinary framework. Much of her experience has been in the outpatient mental health arena where she has provided individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations. In addition to Dr. Brian’s clinical experience, she has also served as an adjunct faculty member with Argosy University and has taught courses in the Master of Clinical Psychology program.

Dr. Brian believes in holistic care utilizing an integration of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, positive psychology, relaxation skills training, and nutrition and integrative medicine. With a focus on integrative mental health, some main areas of focus are working with mood disorders, health concerns, self-esteem and confidence issues, as well as grief and loss.

In her spare time, Dr. Brian enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their family dog, a mini-Aussie. She is an animal lover and a music enthusiast and enjoys listening to a variety of genres. She also enjoys reading a good book or listening to an engaging podcast, arts and crafts projects, anything related to the infinite wonders of the universe, and dirtying pots and pans to cook, especially Filipino and other ethnic dishes.
