Sierra Sharratt is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado who has been practicing since 2020. She has two bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Dance. She then attended a three-year graduate program at Naropa University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling concentrated in Dance/Movement Therapy and Somatic Psychotherapy.

Sierra’s focus is in utilizing the body mind connection as a unique means of healing. Somatic body integrated therapy is an additional layer for continued healing. Her goal is to support the healing process through a person-centered approach that is specific to each person’s needs. Sierra’s hope is to help unleash her client’s own inherent wisdom for healing. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys dance and teaching dance classes to children. She enjoys going to see live music, especially metal music. She’s a big fan of hockey, and often tries to attend at least one Avalanche game per month during the season. Sierra loves to be outside hiking or swimming and soaking in the sunlight. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her partner and their fur babies.
