Stacy Mallare is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Maryland who has been practicing since 2015. Stacy provides Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Within each therapeutic technique she uses, Stacy accentuates unconditional positive regard to her patients and the patient’s attributes. She is apprised of evidence-based recommendations, recent research, up-to-date regulations, and available community resources to help connect patients to the best care available. On the first visit, Stacy will discuss with you your expectations and goals for treatment and develop a care plan. She will provide education, guidance, advocacy, and appropriate medications for your journey to wellness. Stacy offers flexible hours including evenings and can accommodate short notice sessions as her schedule will allow. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys cross stitching, yoga, crafts, and hiking.
