Building the therapeutic alliance and trust is an integral part of therapy, which is a top priority of mine. Using a Client-Centered and Psychodynamic approach, I see the individual as a whole. In a collaborate and safe environment, together we can create personal goals, practice using tools and personal strengths, as well as incorporating techniques/coping strategies while building new skills along the way. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. I have been practicing clinical work over the past nine years.

Originally from New England, I have resided in San Francisco for twelve years. I have experience servicing people who come from a variety of different socioeconomic, cultural, and sexually diverse backgrounds and needs. I have worked in outpatient settings, including non-profits, schools; treating children, youth, adults and families. I have learned to adapt different modalities. I have experience and passion for Child and Adolescent Development which I teach future therapists at a local graduate school program.

When appropriate, I utilize principles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused etc, to assist you in moving toward your goals. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, separation/divorce, navigating healthy family/interpersonal relationships and life transitions. Provider will take in office visits upon requests. ​
