With a healthy support system we all have the ability to learn to cope with these changes and struggles. I am honored to travel this journey with you to identify steps and coping skills to support you along your healing journey. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families to achieve their healing goals. I have a keen understanding of how each person and family benefits from having an individualized plan tailored to their specific situation, which makes my approach to treatment unique and impactful.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University Los Angeles. My clinical areas of expertise are in the areas of addressing anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, communication, boundaries, relationships, intimacy, body image, gender issues, inter-generational conflicts, LGBTQIA individuals and their families. I utilize an eclectic approach to mental health care, but my preferred strategies are related to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Techniques, Mindfulness, and Systems Approach.
