She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, loss, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Rosie also has a strong background in working with individuals with adjustment issues, addiction, co-occurring disorders, relationship difficulties, history of abuse, LGBTQ+ background, and grief and loss. She also strives to be a Neuro-affirmative therapist for the neurodivergent community.

Rosie takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy utilizing interventions focused on interpersonal interactions, intra-psychic dynamics, developing an understanding of one s personal values and process and life management. Drawing from evidence-based techniques, Rosie knows how to artfully and masterfully curate therapy that meets you where you are at, assist with the unique challenges you are experiencing and give you maximum results.
