Lorraine La Pierre is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry, 5 of which have been practicing individual therapy with patients between the ages of 20 and 65. Lorraine’s experience is varied across many settings including community mental health agencies, day treatment facilities and state and community hospitals. Lorraine treats patients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and some relationship issues. She teaches Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral skills utilizing a Person-Centered therapeutic approach based on the patients needs, goals and motivation.
