Cecilia also takes into consideration a person’s history of trauma, cultural background and childhood experiences to lead individuals in gaining insight into their struggles.

In sessions, she incorporates CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Art, and Play activities and a multicultural approach and Christian approach when desired.
