My job as a counselor is to walk alongside you as we work through the obstacles of life together. I provide a safe, compassionate space for self-exploration, collaborative problem-solving, personal healing, and growth. My client-centered and accepting style puts the therapeutic alliance front and center as you set the agenda for our work. Too much guidance risks taking away your own autonomy, and too little keeps you confused, so striking the right balance is one of the keys to good therapy.

Experienced in treating problems with addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship difficulties, and trauma, I am effective in helping adults and adolescents with a broad range of presenting concerns.
