Jayme Linville-Begley helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Kentucky find support, healing, and renewed confidence as they work through life’s emotional challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a compassionate and collaborative setting where patients can feel safe sharing their experiences. Jayme works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, helping them develop healthier coping strategies and greater emotional balance.

Jayme is especially passionate about supporting individuals facing grief and loss, PTSD and trauma, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum depression and anxiety. She understands that emotional struggles can affect every area of life and believes therapy should honor each person’s unique story, pace, and goals. Her therapeutic style combines empathy with practical guidance to help patients move toward healing and long-term wellness.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Jayme tailors treatment to meet the specific needs of each patient. She also incorporates mindfulness and acceptance-based techniques to help individuals better manage stress, emotional overwhelm, and negative thought patterns. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she offers support for concerns including bipolar disorder, OCD, reproductive challenges, and midlife and later-life transitions.

With more than 15 years of experience in social work across a variety of clinical settings, Jayme brings a well-rounded perspective and strong therapeutic skill set to her practice. She believes the therapy process is a partnership and values open, honest communication that empowers patients to actively participate in their growth and recovery.

Outside of her professional work, Jayme enjoys spending time with her children and caring for her lively flock of 13 chickens, one rooster, and three ducks. She appreciates the peace and grounding that comes from spending time outdoors and caring for animals.
