Nicole believes that counseling is an opportunity for the client to explore his or her own thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. By building a healthy therapeutic relationship, she strives to guide the client in discovering more about themselves and their patterns of behavior. Therapy can also provide a setting that encourages the client to establish new, healthy patterns of behavior. It is Nicole’s goal to treat each person as a unique individual, worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their personal circumstances or struggles. Her desire is to come alongside, challenge, and encourage her clients to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, listening to podcasts, and finding new yummy restaurants. She also finds travel to be a great means of self-care and tries to do it as often as she can.
