The Strength to Help You Make It
Some days it can seem almost impossible to get out of bed. Stress about a job, deep depression, or a dysfunctional family can affect a person’s overall state of mind. It is at times like this that I can help. People have an innate desire to be well and a strength to make it happen, but they may not know how to unlock this strength. It is my desire to help them do just that.

First-Hand Knowledge
I made sure that I went into a field I was passionate about. Watching families suffer at the hands of someone they love, held in the grip of addiction, couples struggling with issues of trust, or individuals dealing with a traumatic loss made me want to help. Now, with years of experience dealing with these and other issues, I am able to offer a sense of hope for a better future.
