Kathryn Rodger, MS, LMFT,
About Kathryn Rodger (She/Her)
Kathryn Rodger helps adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies that foster meaningful and lasting change. Through LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and couples therapy for adults across New Hampshire, supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Kathryn creates a warm, collaborative environment where clients can explore concerns openly, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and uncertainty. Kathryn has a particular passion for helping individuals and couples through midlife transitions, later life transitions, and the complex emotional adjustments that often accompany these stages of life. Whether someone is facing changes in identity, relationships, family dynamics, retirement, grief, or shifting life roles, she works alongside clients to help them find clarity, purpose, and renewed confidence. Her approach recognizes that periods of transition can also become opportunities for growth, healing, and personal discovery. In her work with couples, Kathryn supports partners seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and strengthen connection. She also has experience helping families address co-parenting concerns following divorce. Drawing from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and couples/marital counseling approaches, she tailors treatment to each client’s unique goals and circumstances. Kathryn also offers support for insomnia and sleep-related concerns through CBT for Insomnia, along with additional therapeutic interventions designed to promote emotional well-being. Kathryn earned her education from George Mason University and the University of New Hampshire. Her clinical style blends thoughtful listening with practical guidance, helping clients build skills they can use in daily life to improve mental health and relationship satisfaction. Outside of her professional work, Kathryn enjoys music through choir singing and cello playing. She and her husband have spent years restoring a large Victorian home built in 1891 and cultivating its gardens. She also enjoys reading, walking dogs, homemaking, and spending time with her family as a parent and grandparent. Kathryn is committed to helping adults throughout New Hampshire find support, healing, and renewed direction during life’s most challenging seasons.
