Kimberly Fazzini, LCSW

Kimberly Fazzini is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2018. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from The Bloustein School at Rutgers University. Kimberly is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). She is also a Certified Dementia Connections Facilitator™ (CDCF™) which allows her to assess the needs of an individual with dementia and train the family or caregivers in specific techniques to inspire new connections and improve the quality of life and engagement for the individual. Kimberly brings with her more than ten years of healthcare experience in the hospital, community, rehabilitative, and emergency-based settings. She attempts to be a transparent person and therapist, and approaches situations with an open mind and an open heart. Kimberly feels she allows the space for her clients to reach their own healing journey while still feeling the support of their therapeutic relationship. Kimberly is very family oriented. She and her family enjoy outings to the beach, sporting events, concerts, and low-key days spent at local parks. She has had a strong passion for service which began in 2014 when she did a year of service with AmeriCorps through the Rebuild NJ/United Way program assembled in response to Superstorm Sandy. Since 2012, Kimberly has been involved with and is now on the board of a local non-profit organization, Jenni’s Toys, that focuses on supporting families in need during the holidays and throughout the year. They partner up with DCFS, St. Peter’s Hospital, DV shelters, different school districts, and general word of mouth to support as many individuals and families in need as they can.
