As a person-centered therapist, Noah uses empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you based on trust. He believes this relationship is the core foundation for growth and transformation. Noah encourages openness to experience, self-confidence, and own decision making as he believes that you are the expert in your life. Noah collaborates with you as an equal partner and guides you in therapy to help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself. Noah started his counselor journey by working as a teacher at a small private school where he had the opportunity to teach and mentor in a one-to-one learning environment. Noah had the privilege of working with children and adolescents from various backgrounds including those with special needs. This experience inspired him to become a counselor where he would be able to follow his passion of helping others reach their fullest potential. Noah has experience providing compassionate care to adolescents, adults, and the elderly at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. He has also worked to improve clients’ quality of life in an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program mainly with adolescents. Noah helps children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, autism, schizophrenia, substance use and various other mental health related concerns.

Some of Noah’s personal interests include spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, hiking, going to the gym, watching football, playing tennis, and reading. He also enjoys playing music including the guitar, bass, and trombone. He loves to travel and experience new cultures, having been to 29 different countries so far.
