Tamsen Adams-Gallagher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2001. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Tamsen believes in meeting the client where they are, aligning with them and supporting their goals in treatment through a strengths-based perspective. She utilizes creative techniques to help clients engage in meaningful work. This may include cognitive behavioral therapy, the use of mindfulness and grounding, art and play therapy as well as nature-based work. In her spare time, Tamsen enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding with her dog, gardening, cooking, and reading.
