Bill Hamilton received his master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and his bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. He served in supervisory and investigation positions with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services for 20 years. He is a member of the International Dyslexia Association and on the Board of Directors with the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries START program, which serves at-risk youth. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State Universities. He has published extensively in both professional and general distribution publications.
