With over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, Tim sees men and women, specializing in working with leaders, medical professionals, and mental health professionals. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Dayton; his graduate degree is from Cleveland State University. He has completed multiple extensive post-graduate training programs and has written several books on leadership.

Tim treats general issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. Technically, Tim is a trauma-informed, postmodern brief relational psychodynamic therapist, advocating for appreciative phenomenological, interpretational and intersubjective approaches while incorporating humanistic experiential /somatic-process therapies as well as cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) using a democratic therapeutic approach. His clinical interests include treating sexual abuse and other forms of trauma, chronic illness (he lives with alopecia and long COVID), emotional intelligence, the body/mind connection, spirituality & body-oriented psychotherapies.

Married since 1992, Tim is the proud father of two adult children. He currently enjoys reading, backpacking, jazz guitar, cooking with his wife, restoring vintage electronics, playing with his dog, & chasing steelhead. Tim has trained in martial arts and meditation for over 30 years.
