Lysette Herrera is a licensed professional counselor and licensed mental health counselor, who has been practicing since 2005. She graduated with a master's degree in mental health counseling from Argosy University, Seattle and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, Washington DC.



Lysette uses an integrative approach in therapy incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychodynamic theory, and family systems catered to each individual client. Lysette is strength based and wants to help clients reach their full potential through the healing process of therapy. Main areas of focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder.



In her spare time, Lysette enjoys going to museums, traveling, spending time with family, and listening to music. She also is currently working on her PhD in International Psychology.
