Graduated 1978 from the U of U. Have many years of experience with all types of mental illness and substance abuse. I see patients from age 16 to older adult. I am an eclectic type of therapist that tailors the treatment modality to the patient and their history and current level of functioning. I use breathing, meditation and relaxation modalities. I I like to do couples counseling and family counseling.. I have worked a lot with depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and general maladaptive behaviors including perpetrators of sexual abuse. I am in the process of honing my skills with gender identity disorders., I enjoy the challenges of working with most all diagnosis.
